Each cargo with final destination Tema should be covered by an E-CTN.

SPN Update for Ghana
The Ghana Shippers’ Authority has officially deferred the rollout of the Smart Port Note (SPN) from 1 February 2026. A new date will be shared by the authorities in due course.

Documents required:

  • Bill of Lading 
  • Commercial invoice / Freight invoice 

Regulations

Commercial Invoice and Packing list should include full style of both shipper and consignee
