Each cargo with final destination Conakry should be covered by an E-CTN.
Shippers / Forwarders are requested to follow the imposed procedure by the official authorities to avoid any difficulty or penalty upon clearing the goods at destination.

Regulations
- Dated draft BL should be submitted with initial set of documents presented.
- Amendments after validation is possible however amendment fees are imposed.
- For smooth import procedures at destination, we strongly suggest you indicate a valid BESC number on the BL prior issuance of originals to shippers.
