ECTN issuance for Libya is on hold for the time being
Documents required:
- Copy of B/L Original bill of lading, or B/L showing shipped on board date
- Copy of commercial invoice certified by the chamber of commerce
- Identification Number of importer registration (numeric identification code)
- Importer’s – exporter’s email address
- Copy of sea freight invoice if the commercial invoice is FOB or Ex-Works
- Copy of packing list
- Copy of export custom declaration, EX1 / EXA
- ETS and ETA / vessel departure date and expected arrival date
- Copy of Certificate of origin certified by the chamber of commerce
- VGM certificate
