Each cargo with final destination Niamey should be covered by a BESC (Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaison).
Pelship Offshore SAL is the authorized agent for issuing BESC for Niger.
Shippers / Forwarders are requested to follow the imposed procedure by the official authorities to avoid any difficulty or penalty upon clearing the goods at destination.
