How to apply

Compile requested documents and make sure all info are verified and aligned.

Submit your complete set of documents to our team which will guide you through the entire procedure. As a 1st step you will receive a draft and invoice to be checked and confirmed.

Once draft is confirmed, validation document will be released by the authorized agent in a soft copy form (form differs from a country to another). A number will also be available to be inserted in the BL cargo description.

Consignee can present the validated waiver along the other documents at destination for customs clearing purposes.

How long does it take to get your certificate?

Draft issuing needs a day after receipt of full confirmed set documents by our team.
Authorities will need to check, review and approve cargo information prior to releasing it.

You also need to count around 2 days to receive your validated ECTN / BESC / BIETC after payment is received.
