Each cargo with final destination Monrovia should be covered by a CTN.
Shippers / Forwarders are requested to follow the imposed procedure by the official authorities to avoid any difficulty or penalty upon clearing the goods at destination.

- Bill of Lading
- Commercial invoice / Freight invoice
- Export Customs Declaration
Regulations
- CTN number is issued at the very end of the procedure. Your CTN must be validated at least 5 days prior to vessel arrival at POD
- Cargo arriving to POD without a valid CTN or with false information on their CTN can be charged with hefty fines that will be determined by the Liberian authorities
- Any false information provided can be charge with a non-compliance fee by the authorities
- Should amendments be required after confirming your draft, amendment fees will be imposed
