As official agents for the Levant and Gulf, it is our duty to share with you the below regulation as shared by the authorities:

As from the 1st of July 2021 Pelship Offshore SAL have been appointed as official authorized agents to issue ECTN certificates for Burkina Faso for cargoes that originates from United Arab Emirates, KSA and Jordan in addition to the countries that were previously part of our scope: Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Djibouti and Syria.

An ECTN for your shipment to Cotonou – Benin?

All cargo shipped to the port of Cotonou – Benin, should be accompanied by an ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note). Pelican International Services, is an authorized and official agent appointed by BIM e-solutions on behalf of the Shippers Council of Benin for the following countries:

As from the 1st of July 2020 Pelican International Services and Pelship Offshore SAL have been appointed as official authorized agents to issue BIETC certificates for Gabon for cargoes origination from the following ports: 

Lebanon, United Arab Emirates,Turkey, Jordan, Bahrein, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, Yemen … in addition to the cross-trade business.
