Each cargo with final destination Pointe Noire should be covered by an ECTN. Pelship Offshore SAL is the authorized agent for issuing ECTN for the Republic of Congo.
Shippers / Forwarders are requested to follow the imposed procedure by the official authorities to avoid any difficulty or penalty upon clearing the goods at destination.
Documents required:
- Bill of Lading
- Commercial invoice / Freight Invoice
- Export Customs Declaration
- TI Number issued by GUMAR in Pointe Noire
- NIU from consignee
Regulations
- Any amendment requested after validation will be subject to a fee of 20% of the initial rate.
- Export Customs Declaration is compulsory as of February 1st, 2024.
- All e-CTN validations requested beyond ten (10) working days after departure of the vessel exposes the shipper, importer, transporter and/or maritime forwarder to the payment of the eCTN cost plus 50% as of February 1st, 2024.
